Have you booked a hotel reservation through HotelTonight and need to cancel it? First of all, it is important to note that some reservations are completely non-cancellable and non-refundable. These details were provided prior to booking your reservation in the hotel description. You can also access the cancellation terms and conditions in your confirmation email. If your reservation is marked “Free Cancellation” you are able to cancel your accommodation and get a full refund up until the cancellation due date by submitting the cancellation application provided by HotelTonight.

Important Note: If you booked your hotel with HT points, your points will be refunded to you if you are able to cancel your reservation and you do so before the cancellation due date.

How can I recover more money from my HotelTonight reservation?
