You can check the remaining balance and expiration date of your Iberia voucher on their voucher management webpage. You just have to enter the voucher code and email address to see all of the voucher specific information.

Keep in mind that travel vouchers may not show up in their system for up to 24 hours after they are issued. If you didn't receive an email containing the voucher details by then, contact Iberia customer service.

When you make a booking with the voucher or gift card, any residual amount will remain on the same voucher until it is completely depleted. Separately, discount codes are only valid for a single purchase - they do not retain any residual value if not completely used.
