Can I cancel my Eastar Jet flight and get a refund?
Yes! You can cancel your flight up to 1 hour before the departure time, and you may claim a refund within 30 days of the departure date for International flights, or within 60 days of the departure date for domestic flights. However, there are some things to keep in mind:
- Cancellation of partial sections of the reservation can be made for domestic flights ONLY
- Depending on the type of fare and time of cancellation, additional fee can be charged.
- No-shows will be subject to charges
- If you cancel the departing flight of the round-ticket for international flights, the returning flight will be automatically cancelled.

Can I change my Eastar Jet flight?
Yes! You can change your flight up to 1 hour before departure.
- No fee will be charged for flight changes made within 24 hours after booking
- Itinerary changes may only be in date and time
- You may not change the departure point or destination
- You will be charged of service fee of 2,000 won (per person, one-way) when you cancel/change the domestic flight through Eastar Jet office at airport or reservation center. (excluding the cancellation fee after flight departure)

Can I change the name on my Eastar Jet booking?
Unfortunately, due to Eastar Jet's change of policy since April 1, 2019, name changes are not allowed for any tickets. However, they do allow refunds: within 60 days of departure date for domestic flights, within 30 days of departure date for international flights. Refunds are issued to the initial payment method. This will allow you to repurchase a flight in a different name.
