Unfortunately, VietJet Air does not allow cancellations and all fares are non-refundable. However, they do allow name changes which makes it possible to sell your flight to someone else. Can I change my VietJet Air booking?

Yes! VietJet Air allows you to change your flight departure date, route/journey, and/or passenger names. Changes must be requested at least three hours before departure for all fare types. For domestic flights across Vietnam, the change fee is VND 340,000 (plus fare difference). For international flights, the change fee is VND 800,000 (plus fare difference). If you have booked the SkyBoss fare, changes are only subject to a payment of the fare difference.

Yes! VietJet Air allows name changes and charges VND 340,000, plus the fare difference for domestic flights and VND 800,000, plus the fare difference for international flights. Unfortunately, if you have booked a Promo fare, you are not permitted to change your name. Name changes are applicable to your whole journey. This means that you cannot change the name on the ticket just for the inbound or just for the outbound flight - it has to be both.
