What happens if I wish to cancel my Jet2 holiday?

The good news is that you can cancel your holiday with Jet2. The bad news is that you have to pay cancellation charges and you may not be able to recover much. It is important to note that the deposit you paid for when you booked your holiday (£60 per person) is non-refundable.

How do I cancel my Jet2 Holiday?

Jet2 allows you to cancel your holiday at any time. The cancellation is subject to a cancellation fee which is outlined in the table below. In order to cancel your Jet2 holiday, the lead person on your booking or your travel agent must send a notification in writing to Jet2. If needed the lead person can also contact Jet2 ’s Pre-Travel Services to cancel their booking.
